Update for logistical purposes.

I think it could be possible to run three groups, but i'll leave it as is for the time being to cover for anyone unexpectedly forgetting about a teenage girl party in a field or something like that.

Anyone interested can add to the reserve list and we'll work it nearer the time. There is availability at a second hotel (but this would have to be filled x6 rooms) and possibly the pub or back of landy.
