Strang kncking

Morning all.

I would like to pick your brains. I noticed a couple of weeks ago a rumble when I pulled of coming from the os front. Since then She bangs going over bumps (only if the suspension drops) occasionally on start up and still rumbles, more so if turning (only first gear). She is polly bushed and has new shocks and springs (raised 2") so forgot the important thing she is a manual 300tdi.

coul be slack in the drivetrain

rule out any of the above and then let us know

Cheers. I will get under with a pry bar tomorrow and see what I can find. I noticed today the main knocking seems to quieten down once she has been moving. Could it be the polybushes are cheapies and retract/shrink a bit in the colder mornings?

Thanks for the sarcasm Maybe you could explain why the noise goes after the vehicle has warmed up ie driven for over 10 miles and doesn't return till the following day

try removonig front prop and driving with diff lock on
