Small update for all you hijackers :p

Fitted an FRC3313 24tooth red speedo gear to correct my 15mph over speedo, now accurate to within 2mph of GPS, which more importantly means the trip computer is accurate for roadbooks.

I've got a Defender T-Box sitting on the bench in the garage, I took a red one out and put a blue one in - 20 teeth. Can't wait to get it fitted. :)

Megasquirt pegged casing.
Ashcroft 4.12 HD CWP

Axle specs F&R

Ashcroft halfshafts
Original LR chrome swivel balls
24 spline steering knuckles
Ashcroft AEU2522 style CVs
10 spline stub axles & hubs running oiled wheel bearing setup
110 vented discs and Calipers
Ashcroft thick type flanges, early defender M10 fitment

Transfer case:

1.222 ratio disco case
Drilled input gear
Ashcroft ATB centre diff

have you got round to doing the 110 conversion yet? just wondered if you did/will be doing rears aswell or just fronts and what setup youd be going for, is yours ABS?

The axles are all done pal

110 front brakes, disco rear brakes

I did spot a set of 110 rears on LZ a while back but it didn't come together for some reason so I left it, disco rears will be quite sufficient

Brakes are noticeably better but 4x new calipers so im not surprised

No ABS fitted on my vehicle, don't like it for offroad, plus simplicity is worth having
