Should i go for a 300tdi or v8? Is there much difference in mpg?

i got my v8 off ebay for 580 quid

spend a few weeks fixing the niggles and a repaint and its all good, sod the lpg

I paid a bit more, but I also think Propane gas is for roofers, plumbers and patio heaters
