no i ment the pick up part to put the roof on
had a bit o a setback in the fact that got guzumped on me pick up so now im looking fer another one hopefully getting this one next week
just as well i didnt get it cos was wrong one

Ahm confused. What's a pick-up part to put the roof on? - I thought the roof sits on the windscreen and the van sides which sit on the rear tub.
Unless you've got a hi-cap, station wagon or chassis-cab to start with, in which case wot you say makes sense and you'd need a new rear tub.
That nice bloke you got the roof off, has a 110 rear tub too by the way... I saw it yesterday.
I am not a parts pimp.
It just looks that way.
Anyone want a scrap lightweight?

Dead easy - all you need is the roof, sides and back door and make sure you get the special fittings that fit the sides to your existing tub and try and get the hinges for the back door off him too.
no need for any "wheely bit" your pick up's tub will do.
Truck cabs roof and back windowy bits come off yours, new hardtop bolts back into place. Maybe get new seals for the top of windscreen surround (but silicone will do). And remember to take the seatbelt upper mountings off your truckcab.
Where everything goes is really obvious and everything will line up well with a bit of patience.
Job done. Easier with three people, two will do, one and you'll bash stuff and do your back in.

cheers though if ye see any truck cabs say a 91-96 110/defender let me know
looked at 2 but missed one and other one turned out to be a hicap
got all me goodies to take of me works 90 when i leave dont know what theyll say when they see it holes and bash all over
