More soldering, and I'm sure i've been sent SP carling switches instead of DP, as I cant get them to work the windows :mad:
 
Stripped the Fuel injection pump today to find out why the bad running, Not good news inside was the Land Rover curse and this bits GERMAN :eek:.
Anyway bin Quoted min £450 for a rebuild, so I have sorted a good one from a Disco that's a runner.
 
Shake down tests today, Loud grumble from the rear ! Only downpipe fitted no floor panel so quite noisy After a lot of searching we thought it was either the transfer box or rear diff.
Quick diff change and noise gone. Engine is great with plenty of power, very pleased with progress

Had issues with the Ignition barrel, but now starts off the key first turn. Fitted new door locks and refitted door cards.

Paint back door
Paint wheel arches, front bumper and rear crosmember
Fit Carpets
Fit Seats
Fit Alarm / Ex Eng pedal lock
Fit Wheels
Insure /Mot
