I reversed my p38 into my very tight drive as I knew the battery would go flat whilst on holiday.( jump leads wont reach from rear to front of car). Can't open driver door as tight against shed. I didn't realise that the passenger door has no key lock. Now battery is flat so no central locking, and I cannot get into car to jumpstart. Can I drag it forwards 6 inches so I can open the door or will this damage anything?( gearstick in park)

Can you get underneath and connect the positive jump lead to the starter motor connection? Negative to almost anywhere.

If you can get jump leads onto starter feed wire you could use your fob to open, if not water and washing up liquid on drive to assist slipping would help reduce pressure on transmission, could always ring your breakdown if you've got home start?

'O' too slow lol

Or if you've the caravan electrics by the tow-bar could you get enough power up the permanent 12V to pop the locks?

If you don't use the car a lot then one of those solar trickle chargers might be worth a shot.

Can you get to one of the rear doors? If so you can pop out the little quarter glass, they come out from the top quite easy and then get your arm in to open door

I think get under her with the + on the starter lol. Sounds like a mission but atleast it ain't going anywhere while you can't get Into it! Hope you had a good holiday lol welcome back
