They will all pretty much follow this pattern...

And the RAVE circuit diagrams will show the relay pin numbers...attached is the Horn Circuit showing the relay at the top with the pin numbers shown!

Aha! Unfortunately in my version of Rave, the starter relay just has pins numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5.

Never mind, 1 & 2 would appear to correspond to 85 & 86 going by your diagram. Ta!

depending on what the BECM does to the signal, your problem could even be a duff ignition switch.
I can never remember the relay pin outs.
