For thos who watch "Repair Shop"

you'll find he has now got a Defender project on.
Now we'll see what he is made of.
So he'll be on RS less, hope Jay Blades doesn't return to do more of nothing!

Still doesn't account for why they sell the stuff with no batt or charger for the same money as other companies sell the whole kit. But yes, I too have stuff where one charger and batts powers more'n one thing.
Different makes charge more as their kit is betterer. Price matching to a price point or competitor sometimes. Either was its betterer for the environment if peeps use one charger and set of batteries across multiple tools.

You'll have noticed we are not at "Rock and Cars".
W has to keep her foot up and off it, and I am not trying to wheel her around a town crowded with peeps.
I had the devils own job getting her from the parked car to the chemist's yessdi. No dropped kerbs, potholes in the pavement, stuff you only notice if pushing a wheelchair with small wheels as it is a fold up one. Kept having to turn round and pull the chair up stuff. :(

Fell out wiv me garage doors recently. They have moved so the wheels dun't touch the ground when closed. This means they pull apart slightly so the key has started to bent as turning it requires the doirs to pull togeffer. Eye has put some bits ov wood under the wheels. And a bit ov din rail. Locks easier now. Screws holding the wheels in place are verticle and the head is 3 inches oft the ground, wiv said wheel making access more difficult. Dun't want the hassle ov taking the doors oft. They issabout 36kg each. Will see if nimble fingles and small ratchet will do it. Lookering for different wheels or a different way to fix em on. Wheels on a metal stick that bolt to me door or fitting the ones eye have on an L shape fing so eye can adjust height wiv packers.

Check the edge of the door is vertical with a spirit level, in the closed position and again at 90 degrees open position. This will indicate if the hinges need adjusting.

Ma hippo needs to get his dpf to 23 so he can regenerate. Few weeks ago he were on 17. Checked last nite after wuk and he were on 22.5. He dun't do many miles so it wood take several days to get to 23. We both like to go ferra drive to hexercise him. Ont way home from wuk he speeded up his counter to 23 which wad unusual so oft we went ferra drive. Seen traffic on the uvva side ov the road we would return on so we went the long way round inner loop. Nappy empty and gorrim up to wukking temp. Got home and gave his wheels a quick wash wiv collected rain wster. Watering can to wash brake dust from the pads snd disk. Naughty hippo.

Me doors are straight. Still atta right angle. Eye put pic's on ere some years ago. Each one is a square version ov a number 8, wiv two diagonals, both wiv notches top and bottom so the diagonal cant move. So they is quite strong. Me hinges dun't have adjustment. Hook and pin type. Dun't fink they have moved. Brick walls may have. Doors lean in a bit but pair up ok when wheels support the door on the locking edges. Just need an adustable height wheel or some hengineered fing to mount them better to take the weight oft the hinges when closed.

Look for a griffin case. Makes the phone a bit bulky but saves damage
I remember quite a while back reading about a uber-tough phone in a LR magazine they tested it to real extremes and it put up with it. Things like strapping it to a Defender wheel and going off road wiv it, floods, the lot.
Made by JCB or someone?

I'll have to check.

CBA to go through them all. you get to the english after a tiny bit.

Flipping quote for house insurance has gone the roof!
:mad::mad::mad:
This is for the UK house.
Obvs we have to pay two, one for each house, and in each case it prolly costs more cos we is away from the place 6 months a year.
Policy gone up from £543 to £636.:mad::mad:
And they have "included" stuff we don't want (and excluded stuff, like storm damage to roof if it goes beyond wear and tear, in other words the roof ain't covered :mad::mad:) .
Will have to ring the barstaff on Monday.

Insurance at the mo seems to be a licence to print money.

Been out for a quick blatt around town in the mini. :)
It always makes me smile.
Oil leak sorted it seems. :)
Worried a bit about over-fuelling and bore-washing the engine, but hard to say without an AFR gauge fitted.
Nearly time for afternoon Coffee. :D
Sniff your exhaust, see if it smells of petrol and try weakening the mixture a bit.
and keep doing proper plug cuts until they get to the proper brown colour.
