On a happier note to most of my posts today.
W picked up the two kilts that she won in the auction.
She had been looking to buy one anyway at prices in the region of £200.eek
So she was massively chuffed to have got these at, with all on costs, £34 each! Fabulous quality and one hasn't even been worn.
It took the both of us about 1 1/2 hours to work out via tinternet, that one is Cameron of Lochiel, hunting, muted tartan and the other is MacKenzie Modern. Both came with nice kilt pins as well one of which is silver.
Made by some guy called L Penrose who it turns out was a master kilt maker.
Happy wife, happy life!

Morning All.
Misty here, but much warmer than of late.
My lads' house is now on the market, so they will be moving in here when it is sold.
Estate agent reckons it will sell quick because it is top spec and people want to beat the stamp-duty rise in March and there is no chain involved.

You've pulled an Intercostal muscle, which, as the name implies, lies between your ribs and I think is what you use to breathe.Still coughing, grrrrr.

It'll be painful for a while, all you can do is try to breathe more "carefully".

Finally got an email from "them". (You know who by now. )
So trotted one off to them pointing out why I should get a refund and telling them how pants their IT system is.
Apparently the rang W's mobile sometime yessdi, while she was driving, typically on the only day she goes out without me.
My fault of course I should have not let her go out with it and lent her mine.
So I'll be ringing them yet again in a bit. This will be the 5th call.
some of the daft advice I was given yessdi to "try and help me to log in".
"empty all caches
turn off auto refresh
Don't us a VPN (we weren't anyway don't ever have and told her so.
Don't use a tablet. ????? (Was stuck with that as don't have any other email addreses except hers and she don't have a laptop.) "
As I said to her, I can log in to three different banks to do my biz, don't have any of this hassle with any of them.
This is the ONLY time i wish I lived in London and could go there in person to do all this.
