Ever since this issue came up, I have wondered whether or not the stuff can be scraped off and removed. I have to assume it isn't that easy or everyone would be doing this.Yeah, it's possibly going to be a problem at the time we come to sell.
Ours was done by a reputable(?) company and the product/service had a BBA certification.
This was done some 15 or so years ago and the roof hasn't fallen off yet.
