gas emissions are quite low, you're not cooking 12 hours a day non stop at home, so what they're saying is outdoor pollution is even lower than that!!Just don't move to California, everything there will get you

what would be better, ban cooking.. think of all the nasties that come off toast as its turning browngas emissions are quite low, you're not cooking 12 hours a day non stop at home, so what they're saying is outdoor pollution is even lower than that!!

... that since I started tracking my energy usage and taking daily readings (sad sack that I am) I can see that the worst day was £29.18 and the average is running at £13.08.
The changes made late last year have been effective I think.

My central heating is costing about £12-£13 per day and it is off at night and part of the day. Leaving it on 21 degrees 24 hours a day seems like a distant dream now

Shell Energy are however reporting record profits so the Government says that's OK.

I am so glad we moved to this tiny place. £90 a month and always in credit. I think we moved at just the right time!
Are you all just looking at the cost rather than consumption?
