I would just like to say

I struggled to the surgery this morning to ask the Receptionist about the x-ray results as the doctor had not phoned me as she had promised.
The answer came back 'nothing obvious on the x-ray so we do not contact you.'
"But the arrangement was to let me know so that I could seek Private treatment if it was a nerve problem."
The answer to that was just a shrug of the shoulder. It is no wonder we are in the state we are in. Care? What care?
I despair and very much regret paying in the enormous amounts that I did during my working life. I even turned down Private cover from my employer as my belief in the NHS was so strong!! MISTAKE, mistake!!
