Made the South facing gable facings & caping in 2 sections ready just to fit, half painted pics to follow.
Capping pieces run down the gable over the first row of slates so the wind/rain doesnt get under the edge.

A good strength of Fairy mixed in water worked wonders when I sprayed mine last year - haven't seen any yet on this years flowerheads.

Thunder storms forecast for tomorrow so must get the pump out and shift some H2O up to the allotment as the water tank is full to the brim, picking fresh lettuce and loverly it is 🌱🍃
