Dull but forecast good
Washing still on line (Washing line not tinternet) from yesterday
Great plans for today but things bound to go wrong
Started my diet this morning, no biscuits, cake or chocolate
In a few weeks time we'll be half way through the year

The French for them is Pissenlit (piss-on-lit) and "lit" is the French for bed so its wet-the-bed.

Morning All.
Wife hasn't even gone up to her mothers yet.
Apparently I am beastly for saying we cannot do a 45-minute journey in 10 minutes. She's been grumpy with me since yesterday.

.... that contrary to expectations all went well.
We got the old gal in the car bang on 09:15 and I got them to the hospital at 09:50 for the 10AM appointment.
The wheelchair was a godsend and made it so much easier at the hospital end of things.
The old gal had a debridement procedure with some gas & air anaesthetic to help with the pain.
And..... she has another appointment NEXT week.

And the French equivalent of "pushing up the daisies" is "manger les ****enlits par les racines" or "to eat the dandelions by the roots".
