Morning all.
W delivered to H. got wheeled in early, then they took blood and said it would be a 2 hour wait for the results.
We are awaiting a large groceries delivery, due to guests staying. This coming between 1 and 2 pm, so I have had to come back.
What a flipping mess the whole thing is.
Nothing we can do about it.

As the Disco's gear box is playing up and we may well be short of time to get it fixed, W and I are thinking of buying another tow vehicle just to get us off to Frogland this year. Not necessarily long term.
So I have just had a bit of a look online at ones wiv 3.5 tonne towing cap. And we don't want anything young and pricey.
Poop! Where do you start?
Surprisingly hard to find sensible advice via the net.
Should specify that we are looking for a 4x4 with a huge boot, i.e. a Disco type vehicle, not a pick up.
No longer bothered about manufacturer, just price and reliability. Less of the first more of the second!
Cant be many vehicles with a 3.5 towing capacity is there. ?? How much are you looking to spend.

....that throwing caution to the wind's I just took my son home in "Gwen" the Mini.
Shiny-shovel poop-shifter was my base impression, and we were both grinning like loons.
50 in a 30 limit was a bit too much and my only defence is that the 3-spoke wheel totally obscures the speedo when steering straight ahead. As soon as I contorted to look round the spoke I saw it and quickly throttled back.
Backfire through the inlet..... yes, once. I need to resolve this for sure.
But wow! what a "rush".
