They SHOULD know what she is taking and what and most importantly WHEN they should giving them to her, but they don't. If a doc had been around I'd have talked it through with him/her.Becarful about giving the drugs.
They should know what she is taking and are giving them in her "daily pill cup" She may think cos she is not taking them from her normal plastic daily labeled box. So talk to someone before you double dose, or they dont mix well with what she needs.
The sock I can go with, just be carful with the sissors.
But it sounds like she needs to get home soon as possible to recover quicker/better.

W ain't stupid when it comes to taking pills, she knows what works for her, what she needs and when she needs to take them.
for instance, when I went to see her today at about half past one, she had only just been given her Cyclizine. She takes one early in the morning to prevent her feeling sick and heaving when she is eating. So by the time I got there she had thrown up a small amount of mainly saliva, and, as of course I brought food in, she was very nearly sick again.
She also was very sleepy, to the extent I had to leave as she couldn't keep her eyes open although she had been awake all night.
They also don't give her the correct dosages. She knows exactly what each pill should look like, as the colour reflects the dose, particularly with morphine sulphate. She doesn't have a daily labelled plastic box! She just takes them from the boxes they were prescribed in with the dosage printed on it. She takes about 7 different types of pill, I think. Some once a day some twice a day and one sometimes before a meal.
Anyway I managed not to cut her feet. Bearing in mind that most of my job as a carer is to look after her feet as she cannot do anything to any part of her legs/feet below the knees!
We too are SO looking forward to getting her home.

Be careful there could be A reason if she is on antibiotics for infection, would ask first !!!Just had a convo with W.
They are not giving her the correct pills nor on time.
Also she has had a dodgy big toe for sometime and the pressure socks they make her wear are making it worse.
So not only am I going to be bringing food and drink in for her, I'll be dressing her toe, having snipped the toe of the pressure sock away and secretly giving her yet more of the proper pills for her to take when no one is looking.
Talk about coal to Newcastle.
I then had to ring off as a nurse had just spilt a jug of water over her.

Seriously mate, no she is not!
And nothing she takes can affect the actions of antibiotics.
She had to take them quite a lot before she had her op, in fact each time her bowel had a bit of a "leak", so we already know that.

Wots sewage go to do wiv power generation? They make leccy out ovvit. Gases burnt oft to create heat which turns a turbine which creates leccy.
Like everyfink big it wunt built inner day. Leccy eggspansion has bin ongoing fer years. If yer dun't try leccy buses how will yer know if they wuk. Petrol still creates nasty gases. Petrol int ideal fer big buses.

And look at the state of the planet, pollution thay are all service companies, that takes your money and don't do the job right , we will see what Ai has in install for everyone hopefully I will be gone by then , not a case of accepting new technologies its if thay are needed and most are not

There be nowt wrong wiv creating a more environmentally friendly muffud of transport. They has bin making engines more efficient fer decades, which is the same fing. Its why engines gottid lectronic control. Mercans wanted engines to stay wivvin efficiency limits for the life of said engine, as fings wear oot.

I have had a large whisky and a bott of wine.

We both have had our livers tested and guess what? No cirrhosis.
