Does yer fink he gorrin frew a rust ole int bulkhead or the gap round the doors?A spider has been making his web in me tratter, between the rear view mirror and the dash panel. He ain't gonna trap many insects in there (except the odd flea which jumps off me oinker). So gonna catch it and release it back into the garding tomorrow.
Does sound a bit weird.Eye has fallen oot wiv me garage roof. When rain water falls onnit it dun't go in me water butts. They take far too long to fill up which makes me fink we is losing water. Eye has tipped water int guttering to see wot happens when it fills no 1 water butt. It will flow to no 2. But after the rain we had yesdi that started just before eye left for wuk, no 2 ain't filled up. No 1 was alread full. Its a corrugated roof wiv moss onnit. Last nite eye started to knock some of the moss oft. Also washed oot the guttering. Did notice some water dun't drain oot ovvit. It did before. Its as if me garage has tipped the other way. Finking of filling it wiv a bit of water to see how much flows the wrong way and settles. The rain yesdi was small drop but a lot ovvit and constant.
Yup all connections are at the top. Eye will top up me water butts above the taps at the bottom to see if they could be leaking. No sign ovvit so eye ruled it oot but yer never know.Does sound a bit weird.
Have you put a long spirit level on your gutter to see where it is sloping, if at all?
I take it your butts are connected at the top end of them?
Good idea to take the moss off, it can block things.
In with all the work I am doing at the moment with the septic tank, I am pumping water from our undergound rain collecting tank, which is of the same design and next to it.Does sound a bit weird.

You are right, we had one tap connector go fubar, and they are a pain to fix as you need 6 foot long arms!Yup all connections are at the top. Eye will top up me water butts above the taps at the bottom to see if they could be leaking. No sign ovvit so eye ruled it oot but yer never know.
I think it's basically a tumbling bay vertical pipe with a bend at the bottom but with no seperater at the top? ?Feeling for you Stan.
So I am still having a problem visualizing this pipe with the problem.
Is it after the tank or before?
If you are ramming a bar down and hammering it are you sure you are not breaking the pipe itself? Surely its only plastic pipe?
If you had it draining a bit then it stopped something has dragged some more stuff down.
For my money not really knowing, cos we don have a pic, not sure we need 1 though.A drawing on a fag packet would help or an old wine box in your case.
So in the absence of a pressure washer I would say.
If you can get to where you think the blockage is with your bar, (assuming your caustic doesn't work) Tape a hose to it and run HOT water down the hose, small bore hose hot water at mains pressure will clear a fat ball may take a while, But where do you chase it too?
I do relate with your plight having been through a few blocked drains (not here). we have pics of a lot of stuff during building works and they have come in so useful.

Or to pull it outAnd "rodding kits" (cheap as chips) have a double corkscrew end to engage and break up stuff.
