oh dear.. just made myself miserable
for the average price of £1.55 per litre of diesel,35.38p is the fuel, 52.95p added for fuel duty, 17.78p for VAT - thats 70.73 pence per litre in taxes, just about double the cost of the fuel itself
the rest is transport/forecourt costs etc

Oh no it isn't.
You just have to use the wrong word and peeps go mad, no matter what the sentence it was used in.
I nearly got chucked off Nextdoor the other day for daring to use the word "kibbutz" in the same sentence as "Hitler Youth".
Knee jerk reaction is all!

Wife is up at her mothers doing all the usual cleaning/tidying etc. when the old gal asks her "Do you like living alone?".
Wife says.."I don't live alone Mum, I live with Dan".
Cue a total blank look from the old gal as she searches her 2 brain cells for a reference/image or whatever as to who this mysterious "Dan" might be.
Great to know I have made such a memorable impression these past 50 years.

When it happened to me, and not as badly as to you, poor you, I vowed never to to let it happen again so now always have clamps to hold it.
Was it a flattish thinnish bit? They are the worst.
