Yes it is a Lombardini it's 18yr old now and been no trouble at all it in the winter it normally runs approx 20hrs a week but not at all in the summer basically a tractor engine in a sound proof box I service it twice yearlyDunno. What kind of engine is it? If they're coming from Italy, is it a Lombardini?

I'm guessing the top one is the one that you've just done. Looking good - I particularly like the way that you've managed to get rid of the net curtains. Correct We've done all this from the inside, but as you say there are other external issues to be addressed too. Some of the concrete moulding are looking quite ropey (and the council have noticed).I'm guessing the top one is the one that you've just done.
