Yes it is a Lombardini it's 18yr old now and been no trouble at all it in the winter it normally runs approx 20hrs a week but not at all in the summer basically a tractor engine in a sound proof box I service it twice yearly

I'm guessing the top one is the one that you've just done. Looking good - I particularly like the way that you've managed to get rid of the net curtains. Looks like the brickwork could do with a little love in places - the pointing seems a smidgin 'loose' here and there.

We've done all this from the inside, but as you say there are other external issues to be addressed too. Some of the concrete moulding are looking quite ropey (and the council have noticed).

Plans are afoot to host both the boy and his Kids for 50% of the time.
Hoping to work out a reasonable and equitable division of responsibilities.
