You ask the guy that can't stand the stufQuite partial to a drop of whiskey, thinking of treating myself to a fine malt, which Islay one do you recommend?
But I have a cupboard full of very expensive Bowmore’sYou ask the guy that can't stand the stuf

I’ve got quite a few nice kilchomans too. I do odd jobs for the owner and usually get paid in whiskyHahaha no actually I was gonna suggest the m&s kilchoman
I got the 100years Islay one as I was there when princess Anne visited. Bloody entourage pushed through at Aoradh.I’ve got quite a few nice kilchomans too. I do odd jobs for the owner and usually get paid in whisky
If you don't mind telling me, why are you looking for the seat runners? Are the old ones missing, shot to bits, or what?I keep hearing the same thing from everyone.. Land rover is moving it's parts warehouse or something.. parts have no eta and things that used to take 2-3 days now take 4 weeks.. crazy

BUT as darkness fell tonight .... so did the rain.Lucky yous
Very sorry for your loss MOL. Happy memories..I am sad to report my faithful companion of 15 years was put to sleep today. She was suffering and it the humane thing to do.
To say I am gutted doesn't even come close.
Wish i could get a liking for the stuff, i feel am missing out.Spelling it like that here would get you hung, drawn and quartered
As for a recommendation, it depends how much $$$ you would like to part with. Everyone agrees that a Bunnahabhain 18y/o is very nice, it then so are the prices. Some Bruichladdich’s are good apparently, but you would need a good whisky shop to get the choice.
In my opinion they are all foul tasting, similar to chewing on a peat
Hope this helps
