What's going on with the weather, thought it was going to be hot sunny ?
Was all geared up to go for a blast on the bike up to the Green Welly, but it's been drizzle so far. Perhaps a short blast this afternoon if it dries up

Been about 22 by us good working weather just had 2 beers and W is cooking one of my favourites home made rissols with onion potato salad coleslaw tomatoes salad leaves and boils eggs

Weight is down a bit now. 14St. 3lb 6 Oz.
Be 14St. 3lb 12 Oz after that burger, won't I?

Ahhh... But! At least 2 Oz of fat will ooze out of the burger to be consumed in the fiery flames and give me that wonderful "flame-grilled" taste. Plan is to be 13-7 by Xmas.If you only eat the burger !!!
