Rain from the roofs go into a big storing tank (cisterna) then filtered through Dulton filters be for use we have no service's to isolated in a emergency the fire brigade delivers to us but thay have a job with the road we did drill a bore hole 50mt down but no luck 💧💧💧
Wow!
We too have a reservoir in the ground that collects the roof water, it's the same as a septic tank, we pump it unfiltered when watering.
So I assume you use yours for everything except drinking and cooking?
Bit of a palaver.
We have neighbours not connected to the mains, they have a spring which they use for everything except drinking and cooking. They could get the spring tested and certified for drinking water but it would cost them as much to keep it up each year as it
would to be connected to mains.

That was a long borehole to come up empty. Bad luck on that mate!.:(:(:(

I dunno if I'm tired to understand what you mean. As soon as a get a new part it's going back in and getting fixed to pass MOT. Doesn't help the last week I've done a 45 hour week on about 24 hours sleep since Monday.
Best luck with finding one and getting it fitted with not too much damage to the bak account.
;):):)
