Got a wee bit of catching up to do I hope everyone is well & fit.
After you said that, and it is looking more and more academic now anyway, I had a look and the underside isn't glazed nor is any part of the inside.Trouble with cutting your own hole in Vitreous enamel earthenware can be that you expose un-glazed areas to water if you are not careful I fear. :-(
Good to see you keeping busy.Afternoon folks .
Been a couple of nice days here, down to short sleeves and looking at were are the shorts .
set the sockets for the steps today but left some "flex". Got to take cover off the pool and trial fit steps (so I dont have to cut an shut like the other set).Only 6 more "mini piles" left to do. Then its woodbutchering anonemouse are me
We have decided to empty the pool and give it a real good clean due to the algae problem we had last year. Also think 2 of the lights have given up so need to get to them.
I need a haircut, the bike needs an MOT and Ms friend is coming on Wednesday. Think I will sort the hair and bike on thirstday and let them get on with it for a catch up.
Oh and M took all the fly screens into the local guy to replace the screens, in the "mudball" there and back and didnt breakdown.
The cars on the front have started getting a tinge of yellow as the walnut tree catkins have started, life is blossoming.
Get some spring/summer sun goodness peeps its a great feelgood thing.

Cool glad it passedToday has been mostly dry weather. Except for the 15 minutes ride each way to the MOT garage on me bike. With loads of farm muck on the roads. Passed with no advisories
Well I retired in 2015 with a whole host of projects to get on with. So this is now a year longer than my first marriage lasted.Chance would be a fine thing much like yourself.
I have a garage full of things for when I am bored, just need to get in it.

Our Parisian freinds also have a bit of an algae problem and like us theirs is salt. But theirs gets much warmers than ours does.Great wen you can hear/see nature in real life . Dont put it on the wall unless its a big picture.
