I always put petrol fresh in over the wintertime makes a big difference and saves time draining every thing downeAfternoon folks
So quad up and running again. Drain the fuel add some fresh, gave the carb a good blowjob, new plug fitted. Armed with a box of jumps and a can of sparks.
Gave it a squirt of spraks and some jumps from me box and away we went. Runs good again
Have come in for a warm up, although the sun is shining the wind is bitter. Me fingertips are tingling back to life as I type

I dont actually think the fuel was the whole issue as we normally use it during the winter. This year it has had almost no use. I think the main issue was a blocked jet somewhere and an old spark plug, the old fuel is in a can and will get used later when we are using it alot.

Afternoon folks.
Well we were going to have a day out as the forecast was supposed to be good, Wrong. Was going to look at a new place historical park or something, before all the tourist get ere. But it was a orible start with no sun, which meant it was "brass monkey" temps. So we have postponed for warmer day, as we is retyred that could be any day we choose.
It was cold enough for me to actually wimp out and throw some sticks in the box and apply sparks to get the air temp in the house up.
Cold roast chicken and salad for tea, as its been a pretty non put out day today.
Wheres @kevstar with the gory details and pics? Hope hes ok, Probably staying in aslong as he can to make use of the gas n air for pain relief.
