That's professionals for you! Which one did it, Bodie or DoyleOld bathroom taps were installed by me some 25 years ago. Never leaked, no problems.
My wife insisted they were changed out for new modern QT taps.
Didn't fancy doing the job myself so got someone in to do it.
Noticed today that the kitchen ceiling appeared to have a damp patch.

Cupboards blown, floors blown and the ceiling below is not looking too good either.
Where's the leak? On BOTH flexi-tail joints to the pipework unions.
