Nearly won the battle to get my TomTom to do a live update.
Takes for ever don't it?

That does help. You have a split charger too which is helpful on low sun days. The mppt controller has an Ethernet port so I imagine there is software to allow for reading profiles and linking with other controllers etc.
I see it allows for load data etc so working out the capacity of your battery should be simple. Once you have the battery worked out then we can sort out how long it would (theoretically) last etc.
Pick one with a proper UK socket like this one (note I am not saying this is a good one but it has proper sockets) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191296288671You lost me at ethernet port sorry
I know the battery cost 350 quid so it should be pretty high amp hours
I pressed the load button and it came up with 0,4 amp, maybe cause interior lights are on (8 led) and extractor fan
Rest of it I can't understand
May have to buy the best 2500w I can find (more research) and see how it goes

The usual ones have a universal socket and these can be dangerous.

Shud seeum tunnite anorlEye missed the norfen lights. Only just found oot on the news we could see em down ere.
It's all the doobies u inhaledyes haha
can't even blame autocorrect for that one
Good idea, it is probably the best way forward.Found out battery is 120 amp hours
Been looking at what inverters are suggested by camper van experts but the ones they suggest don't have good reviews on Amazon
Going with 2000w and the best british one I can afford
I can always run the engine if we need microwave or hair dryer so it doesn't drain the leisure battery
Evening, are you well?Evening folks
evening, W-Lassie!Evening folks
Power in watts = volts x amps.I suspect that a 240v 800w hair dryer would drain the battery about the same as a 12v 800w one
Evening Sarge, trust all is well[Jack Warner Voice] Evenin' all.
What not ring up another dealer & ask what’s involved in a serviceOne TomTom updated, tother being done, (I think)
Got a date to get the noo trailer "serviced".
I put that in speechmarks cos the dealer bloke is as shady as a shady place on a dark night.
And Brian James ain't much better, I will still finish my argument with them, as to dating the sale and therefore the warranty.
I had to threaten the dealer with the VAT man before he would stop going round the houses and blaming some "new computer system" at BJ for any cock up on the paperwork front. He finally dated the receipt/invoice with the day we picked it up and paid rather then the day we ordered it and paid the deposit, 2 and a half months before!
Only getting this done by them at all as anything that needs fixing wil be fixed under the one year full warranty.
Blokey reckons it'll take "3 to 4 hours". To service a TRAILER!!!!????
And no they won't let me watch.
So, total BS merchants.
I'm trying to think of how I can mark it up in ultraviolet pen to see if they actually do anything.
