Started work this morning to put a new drain and soakaway in for me garage. The old drain seems to be bust, I think it must have been severed when neebs had an extension built (long before we moved here) and it wasn't reinstated. Had to do the same a couple of years ago on the opposite side of the house, drain was severed when t'other neighbours built a garage.
?..., well its gonna be some form of eggs in a bap dripping on me shirt with a red colour..
All happened long before we bought Wimblowdriver Towers. As the ground here is very porous and drains well, it was only noticeable after prolonged rain due to the remains of the drains being silted up. But easily remedied with new soakaways and a few of lengths of pipe, and a bit of spadework.They built (neebs) on their land and severed your drains and not noticed
