Getting a fair bit of that to be honest. Have had a few Jacks, first was great coz I was just a kid and had plenty of time for it. Second not so much, so not so good. Current one is just lovely, more time obvs.
So I know what's required, will be fine am sure :)
It has to be said that ours was hard as concrete and should have gone to work. These days there seem to be fewer of that stamp and I’m sure yours will be fine. I hope all goes well!

@marjon I had contact with two people in your country today. One on FT8 and the other on voice. A nice chap near the capital called 'Harry' spoke perfect English and very pleasant :)

Started work this morning to put a new drain and soakaway in for me garage. The old drain seems to be bust, I think it must have been severed when neebs had an extension built (long before we moved here) and it wasn't reinstated. Had to do the same a couple of years ago on the opposite side of the house, drain was severed when t'other neighbours built a garage .

It's amazing how many people, including (or perhaps especially) professional builders, break through drains and then just fill the hole in and hope nobody notices.
