We sign in with a touch screen which is prominent and says ont screen "sign in here"! Which is quick and fur enuff.Back in the day, I was never/rarely ill and on the first occasion I truly needed to see the quack I made an appointment and pitched up just prior to the allotted time and sat there for ages wondering why people that had come in after me were getting called/seen and I wasn't. after about 40 minutes I queried it with the front desk and they said "you have to tell us that you are here".
I responded with "I have not seen a Doctor in 10 years or more, how am I supposed to know that? Where is the sign saying 'report to reception' in the foyer here?
Answer, "Ahhh... there isn't one."
"So how am I to know that when you tell me I have an appointment at 10:15, and you don't actually tell me that I need to report in to the reception on arrival that that is what I am supposed to do?".
I guess if you are a regular malingerer you get to know these things., but if you are a novice/stoic you don't unless they actually tell you.
Makes you wish you could buy a kit of bits and make one yourself. The welding on the ally one looks awful. I wouldn't buy that one.
Oh dear!In our surgery there is a monitor where you register you are present. There is a big sign next to reception telling you to use said screen. I did not notice either and got told off by the receptionist
So when you went to a Wimpy back in the day did you simply as for a "Bockerglory"???Afternoon folks.
Been a lovely couple of sunny days here, we haven't had the fire on. But today we have wimped out and I have just set fire to some sticks.
So after reading through yesterdays "English" lesson, All I can say is, it goes in the washing machine then the tumble drier sod all this hanging out 1 thing but yet you have to hang out 2 as its a pair or plural.
But my biggest question is what are these knickers peeps keep talking about.
But then if that is the only problem in peeps life things must be going pretty good overall.

He could have said "Where is it please and can you do it for me as I can't see it at the moment due to my eye problem?"There's always a naughty thought when somebody says they got told off by anurse sexertaryreceptionist .

Yes I can now walk from desk to emergency exit with a stick so I am allowed in without the chair. I enjoy solving engineering puzzles and mentoring those that require itIs that getting out to walk a bit?
As much as I don't share the excitement of going back to work, I can understand the lift you get from the feeling of being missed, and if it helps motivate you then I am all for it.

Only one finger on that hand works perfectly the rest are either damaged, have lost feeling and/or are arthuritic.
So yes, I'd like a noo hand please.
Then I could go back to playing the guitar as well, which I really miss.
