Good fing!
When I was gettin the retest saw a bloke being failed on various bits on his works van, given a "dangerous" on a front tyre and told in no uncertain terms to get it changed right away and that he had no insurance until it was changed. Felt sorry for him as it wasn't his van and he obvs didn't know how it would be paid for. :(

Sorry, are you unaware that for donkey's years the Frogs had to have yellow head lights and even their "white lines" on the road were painted yellow?
For the very reason you gave. Better for night driving.
"But up until 1993, when France decided to comply with European norms, they were compulsory under a law which was introduced in 1936 and which stated that cars could only carry “headlights which radiate a yellow light and conform to an agreed model.” This applied to all new cars from April 1937 and to all vehicles from January 1939 onwards."
Reason given in the link!

n@ line locks one for e@ch re@r c@liper = fqiddle br@akes :)
So operated by hand with two levers then? As they used to be? Not entirely sure what "line locks" are without googling em, thought they were some kind of valve in the brake line. I think the old fiddle brakes were cable operated as little trials machines were so light.
all good fun!!
Great for off road stuff!:):)
