In Frogland we paid about that for .6 of a hectare back in 2004, with no leccy or drainage, which together, on their own cost another 15k.
So to me that sounds reasonable for a building plot. But it depends on what prices you are used to.
Would you be allowed to put up a timber framed place there?

Just saw the one on the Dutch WW2 Fokker.
What an amazing story, both of the planes in general and the rebuild of this one.
Plus some amazing archive footage of the Dutch squadron in the Battle of Britain.
Very well made and informative prog. Brit TV at its best, like it used to be!

It be dark fryday. Martin lewis was giving away me seacruts recently. Eye hassa number ov fings in me trolly on argos. Gottid two vowchairs fer 10% oft 70 sovs when yer spend it. Date limit on both. Hoping fer more vowchairs. Eye fink if eye used one ov them eye will gerra nuvva but yer hafter spend a higher amount. If so eye will get me air fryer wivvit. They had them in stock local yesdi burreye held oot. They is now only in stock 8 miles away un going fast. Argos will blink first, even though they is gerrin the sale anyway. Eye is tyte wiv me sovs.
