I don't know if it would interest you, but my Chiropractor recommended exercises from Callanetics.
I think her books are out of print but I have a copy in each country.
They sure as feck work for me when things get really bad.

and they are the total opposite of fuck-off mad energetic. They rely on low impact, slow movements of the core muscles. And stretches targeted at exactly the right areas.

My Chiro, that I used for years, was a bit unconventional but he did more good in a shorter time than all the others. Until the silly buggre retired.Yer thats the way slow stretches, I done Karate for years I know most of the moves that work for me.

Since then i have always had to ask for a strong bloke to see to me as little wimmins, and a lot of wimpy blokes don't have the strength to crack my lower spine as it needs to be cracked. As always, as soon as you find a bloke who can do it, he moves away!
But you can still get the Callanetics book, you just have to dig a bit. They come up secondhand, which is how I bought my second copy.

I cook proper food HOT everyday........ and usually eat it.Anyone out there living alone…if so do you just eat cold food out of a tin or just not bother. I’d last 2 mins on my own.
