When I started as a grease monkey, they use to get me to dip the tanks in the fuel station
petrol fumes made my head buzz but the derv made me feel ill & gave me a orrible taste.

i dont have the time for a dog atm or a good size house. I can deal with long hair on dogsCocker.

Tell me, why do you put your dogs in crates?
We attach all three of ours, in proper harnesses to the seat belts in the back of our Disco. They are safe, we are safe they are happy and comfortable and we can still use the load area for all sorts of other stuff.

You needed a big trailer.
come to think of it, I've got one you could have.
Stick that project in bits in it & tow it with the v8 then drop the lot off at mine.

Two pups in the back they just want to play fight all the time, the older one needs to be kept mostly away
from them until she heels properly.

Well got the house clean and all the food ready, just then our guests arrived 3/4 of an hour early.
Caught me in just a pair of shorts.
(They'd warned us they'd have to take their dog to the vet so they'd be an hour late, but when they got to the vets she had Covid so couldn't see them! So they got a sock for it to wear and stuff to put on its cut pad etc. so they came on anyway!)
So a good evening ensued.
Last bit of social stuff we have to do before we go back, so breathe and relax!!!
