You all need to continue with friendships. Even pop round for tea & a chat about old times keeps you all in each other’s memories.
 
Am stood in the door way watching it start raining. Me lupins are coming along nicely. Martoe plant still looks poorly. Early days. Edgars got new green needles but they're all at the end of his branches. Not sure if this will continue to repopulate the inner bits of his branches anorl wiv green needles. Me raspberry plant is appy anorl. 3 times the size it was when eye gorrit.
 
Update on this fine morning :)
Hospitals are full of sick people and best avoided. The staff are wonderful and I am grateful to them. Its makes you realise just how lucky you are when you are fully able.
Make the most of it as you never know when you are going to end up here or the the other place!

Form a club, have a committee, generate a constitution, (as you have to it appears) then set an agenda of events. Have an "events person", etc etc. After I stopped running my car club this is what they found they had to do to keep the club going! A barrister who was also a member did all the work.
That'll sort out those who want to maintain the association from those who don't.
Of course you could also just ring up your mates and say "Let's do this!" and get on wiv it!! He doesn't have to come!
(Was he the one who rang you up to complain about you being ill, by any chance?!)

Warm and sunny again today.
Music either from the wddding venue or from the first night of the village "fete" went on till 0530!
Good thing we have double glazing. Not too loud for us but for those who live nearer...
TBH only noticed it when I woke up and got up for a waz.
Off to the village apero in the village square in a few mins. We'll be addressed by the mayor and get free booze. Nice to see this happening again, hasn't for the last 2 years obvs.

Yessdi was very boozy! And did chat to the mayor.
This a.m. W is in bed with dodgy guts for no apparent reason and she didn't drink all that much maybe one more glass of wine than usual. food was normal.:(
Now stuck awaiting delivery of summat where the email telling me shows an unclear address, the company won't take a landline number, they also won't take a British mobile number and the signal up here is cr@p anyway!
So no idea if I am waiting for nothing!!
Checked with the peeps we ordered it off, they did have the right address but they have only now taken the landline number. The delivery people cannot get in touch with their drivers during the day?????
So fingers crossed it looks like.
