Im in agony ive done my back in I was coughing/chocking over the sink an felt a twinge after
I stood up then got a sharp pain across my lower back which put me on my knees.
I had a prolapsed disc years ago and that was a tad uncomfortable
Ouch! We all feel your pain, because we have all been there. A sneeze, cleaning your teeth, tripping on a step all of these can cause a sudden spasm and or a little disc issue.Im in agony ive done my back in I was coughing/chocking over the sink an felt a twinge after

I bet M said "J you really do know how to show a girl a good time!"Evening folks.
Its been raining here too all night and today so change of plan.
We went into town today to do a supply run, 250quids worth fills the back of a proper Range rover Mind you I am thinking the cat food is starting to encroach on my beer space lately.
We buy butter and cheese in 2.5kg blocks and we are using the last 1s so 1 each of them.
Had curryvertz and chips at the food cart in the carpark of Metro on the way out, cant beat a romantic take out.
Back home and kicked the fire as its still chilly ere. soon be cosy.
J
Dead jealous.Had a play on the Centec today whilst tearing the 90 apart

Jeez that's nearly as much as my son in law got for a surgeon totally feckin up his replacement hip op, so he ended up not being able to carry on in his job and is now having to retrain as a driving instructor.Mega claim my mate got 50k for getting a astra wiper blade imprinted on his ugly mush.
I hope she's ok.
What a COMPLETE tw@t.
What a COMPLETE tw@t.
We have seen some of the seals in the seal sanctuary hospital in Cornwall, that were sent there as a result of Storm Arwen.
Very sad some of the damage caused to the littl'uns.
We agree with you, and said that as soon as we heard the message.Sounds like somebody trying to scam you?
I bet M said "J you really do know how to show a girl a good time!"
Reminds me of a guy in Bath who once invited a girl out to dinner, she got all dressed up and he took her to .....
............the Wimpey and said "you can have anything you like!"
Oh feck!Im in agony ive done my back in I was coughing/chocking over the sink an felt a twinge after
I stood up then got a sharp pain across my lower back which put me on my knees.
Oh feck!
Is a back problem new to you?
Speaking as one who has suffered with one since I was 17, you will understand how much I sympathise with you.
Take it easy, bed and pain killers short term then think about a chiro or summat.
all the very best with getting over it mate.
I would say that 1/2 a bottle of quality Malt should make you feel as if nothing matters at all.Ive had a few back probs in years gone by, probably a mix of contact sports throwing myself off snowy mountains, heavy lifting, truck tyres, engines bla bla
Call to the docs in the morning to see what I can take for pain relief, & then to the chiro there is a superb one locally. My mate does all the bodybuilders oh he's rough lol I couldnt walk for 2 days after the last time. (no sexual puns needed here)
Can't remember how it ended. No knickerboker glory for him them.
The S&B lathe cost me £700 and it included 2 chucks plus all the other tooling (in fact more than I could use) the Raglan was 'free' as it came from a family friend (free but around £140 in expenses).Dead jealous.
I have been playing in my little "shop" today making some bike parts for a mate.
Who knew drilling out a 20mm bar to take a 12mm bolt would be so time consuming and needing 4/6/8/10 & 12mm steps.
I keep looking at bigger lathes but I really cannot justify the expense when I am just a meddler/tinkerer.
Good for you!Ive had a few back probs in years gone by, probably a mix of contact sports throwing myself off snowy mountains, heavy lifting, truck tyres, engines bla bla
