There used to be loads until the grays took over, just over the hills westward there are a lot more
Portincaple, loch long area there are red squiggle protected parts. :)

Do you have a local red squirrel group that trap and shoot the greys?
That's what I do here. I took early retirement last year and hunting and shooting greys has become a full time job since then.

I got them from the Red squirrel ranger in cumbria a few years ago.
 
I heard a rumour grey’s are running at £6.50 a head :eek:
No idea doriz. I cut the tails off mine and give them to the local angler's syndicate. The bodies go in to the domestic waste to get incinerated. I've had 378 this year so far. I've had an enquiry from a local zoo for the bodies, but I'll have to buy a freezer to keep them in first.
