Indeed, but 90% of "Cyclists" are also Car/Van/Mo-Bike users and do pay their share of VED.Cyclists should pay tax & insurance if they intent to be on the roads, Miles of cycle lane near

So wot if they are on the roads they should pay for what ever they are using.
If they do not want to pay then should use the already paid for cycling lanes/tracks/paths
already paid for from the tax payers pocket.
