Ahh...for eating!!! Best to thin slice and flash freeze then. Too much cellular breakdown if frozen whole (or half)Thor it oot and eat it. Saves having to go choppin twice a week eye hopes.
No today - so far. Not expected until the afternoon. Drove through a few blizzards yesterday but it didn't hang around.@Beneagles you had some snow then?
Think the photo would be on the west side near John O G. I’m trying to see if the open top Bentley was still goingNo today - so far. Not expected until the afternoon. Drove through a few blizzards yesterday but it didn't hang around.

Best of luck with it! Wifey has had old sewing machines mended but she don't have an overlocker, she'd like one though.Dark 'n damp but not raining. Not long now before the big storm begins.
Today is, I hope, going to be a bit less hectic than yesterday. I just have to wait for the verdict on the life of my hardly used but vintage overlocker. It's future is entirely dependent on the availability of spare parts if any are necessary. I've got everything crossed!
Bins are out just waiting for the pick-up truck - he's usually here about 8'ish.
Enjoy your day and if you are over in the west, stay safe.
