Drinking my coffee while its hot.
Cat spent most of the night on our bed (annoying fat little bleeder) , I found myself hanging on to the last 1-foot of mattress at the edge.
A bit sore in the neck today. :( Chiro says its because he has broken all the scar tissue where the vertebrae were in the wrong place.
But still here and still smiling....honest! :)

Did loads of stretching, just like yessdi (Sciatica which I don't often get.) I can nearly touch my toes!:):):)
About to go out and see if I can clear all the grapes out so we can let the doggies in the garding without having to keep them on long leads.:rolleyes:

Afternoon folks:).

Well lovely day here temps way down but sun out, still managed to work up a sweat:). Also helps to burn off a few calories to justify the grub/beer that will be put in later:D.

Not broke anything,
Not brought anything,
No landys broke.
Good food waiting to be prepped, cooked and consumed.


What's not to like, great life:D.
