Grandottirs ickle push bike is in a very poor state.
Flat tyres, no brakes, lost pedals (), wobbly levers,
wibbly wheels, basket knackered, headset loose. The usual..
Her father is as much use as an ash tray onna motybike, ergo it has been delivered to Donk's workshop

Pub lunch laters, so should be a pleasant day. Even if the weather aint

Binge watched Lord or the Rings extended edition yesterday with S-in-L and Number One son, with curry and beer …

Mizzly rain at the moment but we've been promised so much more later in the day.

Your journey today will go through some very wet weather but it is then going to get brighter towards the west coast later in the day. The next few days seem to be getting much better so you could be lucky and have a pleasant stay from Sunday onwards.

Well, what a miserable day it is out there. Dark, wet and the rain is somewhere between a heavy mist and proper rain, it seems to be a bit undecided.

Polished un waxed one wing, front and rear door yedi. Waxed the bonnet with occasional sun onnit. Yer not ment to do it ont warm panels. They is right. Takes a lot more wuk ter gerroft. Streaks qnorl. Yer has to put more wax onnit and leave it wet to rub oft to help move the streaks. Lesson lurnt.

Tis gonner rain from 10am onwards so eye fort eye would gerrup early to cut me grass. Plan dint wurk. Eye felled er sheep again

My plan worked this morning. Ignoring the wevver 4cast I painted the garage door frame (all paint now FINISHED). And the wevver held off just long enough. An order has just come in to create a space in dottirs kitching for a play kitching for granddottir - boxing in pipes under units. Easy enuff but bang goes my sunday off.

Ordnance surveys were originally produced for artillery purposes. Knowing where the elevation (level) and distance of the target was and the elevation of the artillery piece, enabled accurate firing. One drawback was that in un-surveyed locations such as in foreign battlefields, the surveyors had to go into the battlefield before the battle started. Lots of them got killed ----. Nowadays even a poorly equipped army can just do it with goggle earth.

SWMBO has just gone to the seaside with her sister. Will be gone for a week. Made sure I checked her tyres and fluids before they left (don't want them breaking down and coming home ). Fridge freezer well stocked and beer supplies good, so I will survive. In peace. .
