Just thinking. 5k in three years.Morning all
Well 5k has arrived, on time and in budget
Being retired is great but I miss the pressure of deadlines and project milestones. Setting such things and hitting them for fun is as close as I want to be in truth though.
Thank you all for your support and banter in reaching this goal, it is much appreciated
Here's to to 10k......... December 2022
Yes the dog has been walked and no I wasn't lurking, I shut it down so I would't be tempted
Have a great day!

Oops just had a though, some of you may have recorded the MOTO GP to watch later, sorry if its a spoiler !!!!!!!!!!!!!Guid afternoon
Lazy day, well gym for an hour and perhaps a river walk later.
But spent most of the time watching the Moto GP
Moto 3 and Moto 2 pretty good but the main event was brilliant, what a race.
A Another winning in the rain on slick tires, what a hero.
Trust you all had a great weekend so far

Could you not use a jerrycan?Tin of tomatoes last nite fer tea. Dipped some bread innit anorl.
Gottid two wheels washed yesdi. Cleaned propper all over. Yer can't rush these fings. Took ages to find all me washing stuff. Scattered round me castle.
Cuttid the holes int me tub to make a new air filter bucket. Quite proud ovvit until eye used it. One watta butt onnits own has enough pressure to balloon the lid so it blows up badly. Surprised it lasted the 4 hours eye left it like that. The lid leaks slightly but eye finks over time it will break oft so eye need ter gerra new stronger tub.
Used a 5L tub wiv screw ont lid before. Was ok but it was difficult to get the plastic washer through the ole ont top to fit ont hose tap int side. Eye would like to fit metal taps anorl if eye can gerrum hose size that is. So looking out for a bigger 5L tub assit will avva biggerer hole int top.

Or one of theose plant sprayers as they are designed to take pressure. I use one to pump ATF into my leaky autobox and they are cheap as chips. you can get real big ones. Wifey has one she can put on her back when sprayin weekiller!
I'm glad you use them for other stuff! They're good for coatin' a fence with fence coatin' stuff too ...

That is the exact same one I use for my ATF. Only prob until you know is getting ALL of the pressure out of it when finished. For some reason pulling up the valve thingy is never quite enough. So I also open my spare container of ATF and trigger the excess into it so I don't lose any and it don't mess up where I store it. Which is a plastic crate lined with newspaper and the spare gallon container of ATF plus kitchen towel. I always store it on its side with the outlet pipe uppermost.Big bucks at Screwfix tho @Hippo
