...that I have to smile
My middle lad was round here today with the family and he was telling me how pleased he is that he has lost a lot of weight; in fact he now weighs less than me.
I showed him my home-made pull-up station in my garage and showed him me doing 3 pull-ups. Then I said "Your turn".
He struggled to do just the one. I am nearly 30 years older than him, so I win. Its a Father/Son thing I think

Oh mighty me they were amazing I also had a portion of curry sauce so had a couple
of curry chip sannys...Ahhhh nice...Then went to see my mum n dad an me brother opens the door
