I am so pleased to report that I have eventually finished shifting 'rubbish' about, thanks to my gardener who spent the whole day helping me. I am so sore and stiff in parts that I had long since thought no longer existed!

Fair out right now but more crappy due this afternoon.
Am finkin of gettin anuver job, however bein middle aged wif a particular
(nay, eclectic) set of skills makes me wonder who would want me, an wot for?
Can't hurt to look, an it'll frighten the carp out of the current set of ingrates..

Problem is I have no formal training or qualification since me O levels (remember them). I've just learned what was needed over 35 years. My last three jobs were offered purely on reputation.
That was ok for 30 years.." I can be useful" might not get me too far these days..

The orange glow is out bright and early again this morning although it has been forecast to be cloudy so I expect things to change soon.
Today is the annual boiler service man's visit, I was hoping for a day off with all boarders repelled but that will have to wait until tomorrow although some time soon it is going to have to be housework, housework and more housework!
I am trying to buy some replacement tyres for my D4 ready for the MOT on Monday but it is proving difficult to get them.
I hope you all have a good day and that the nice weather continues for you.

I managed that until questions were asked at my last job. Apparently the gov contracts require senior engineers to actually be qualified! So I passed a load of exams then retired lol

My 90 is booked in with the addition of setting up the new headlamps I had to fit because the old ones were cracked
