Took 15 hours ter make a backup of me phooter assits running me backup software int dos mode where the drivers are slow. Can't get to windows. Eye has messed about some more and can't solve it meself so eye is now putting an earlier backup ont. Will then swop the files over wiv the ones eye copied yesdi. Hopefully it will wurk assit will av all da hidden files int right place, wiv mine next to them. 5 hours to go on the copy. Eye is oft ter bed while it does it.

After three days of moving 'rubbish about - and I've still not finished - my poor old bones are complaing bitterly so I am going to slow down a bit this week.

A nice Sunny day here.
We may be painting the railway sleeper wall round the patio today.
Herself doesn't like the brown creosote look, so the Satin Black Barn paint will be applied.

Guid morn
A fine August morning, looks like last day of sunshine before the rain moves in.
Coated the complete underside of the Defender in Lanoguard yesterday.
Will inspect it this morning and see if I missed any bits.
Will make the effort and look for a job (to satisfy my Job Seekers allowance)
Otherwise possible final opportunity for an hour or so Taps Aff in the garden

Just heard the family coming this week is splitting their journey from Paris at Limoges, so they won't be here tonight.
Bit of a relief as we always seem to have so much to do before peeps come and stay!
Son tells me his lights in his camper van ain't working.
I'll take a look but they is all pooterised so I don't hold out much hope!
Won't know where to go beyond making sure the leisure batt is charged and no fuses are blown.
Never had a campervan nor a caravan.
Bit of a relief as we always seem to have so much to do before peeps come and stay!

It goes on great using the supplied spray, only took just over half an hour to apply. Used about a third of the quantity so might do the wife's car also.
Only time will tell how effective it is but so far so good.
