With three dogs we go self-catering but we look forward to it like mad and really enjoy it.
Costs more than the weeks leading up to Xmas though.

If you are single then yes, why bother, but then if you are single it may be a bit mizz at home too. My dad was single and always used to go to the pub for Xmas lunch. Load of other singles there and he always had a right laugh

Think it's cheaper in the UK now ever since Macron suddenly whacked a lump of tax on it. dickhead, just to try and stop peeps driving. Is fool cheaper int uk or france?
Understand but I have found that having the two dogs for company does help 'cos I can talk to them instead of myself!i used to go away over christmas.. was great fun!! not the same on your own though, dont see the point
I don't look at the cost anymore either. The thing needs fuel to work so I put it in. If it ran on batteries I would charge them but it runs on dinosaurs and they come with a costThink it's cheaper in the UK now ever since Macron suddenly whacked a lump of tax on it. dickhead, just to try and stop peeps driving.
TBH I don't check I just fill it up at a supermarket.
If I checked I wouldn't be able to drive for tears!
