Have you got any spare lengths of the laminate? When I had to ''re-adjust'' my laminate (took out part of a fire hearth) I luckily had a few spare lengths so it was possible to save the day - mind you, I did have to re-lay about 26 of the 36 sq. metres .

Dottirs pump was noisy. When I looked at a replacement, suppliers reviews proved they are all noisy even when brand new. When I replaced one of the flexible connections this morning I also placed a sheet of hardboard under the pump feet as they were not seated properly on the slats in the airing cupboard. That made a big difference and has reduced the noise significantly. I think the pump was able to move about and cause it to vibrate more than normal.need a new one as very noisy,
mines on a piece of carpet to try and reduce vibrations.. but when I say loud.. i mean you can hear it outside with the windows closedDottirs pump was noisy. Sadly, this is right in the middle of the room (where coffee-tables and rugs typically live) and even if I had enough spare boards I don't really have the heart to rip it all up and re-do it.Have you got any spare lengths of the laminate? Very astute of him, he will be indeed be ahead of the game!My neighbour has just taken delivery of a lot of building timbers that he is storing under cover at the back of his garden.
He is due to break ground on a major extension to his house this year. I asked him when he was expecting "the flood" and could I have a seat on his Ark?
He says he has bought all the wood because prices are skyrocketing and supply is getting scarce so he is trying to get a head of the game.
No, you're no on your own.So its not just me then Apparently im happy in my own wee world
