Day 7 of the refurb and I have put the Tyvek breather membrane on the building. 
Now for a bit of a rest. I am now happy that the weather will not ruin everything immediately.

Just saved a bee's life. He's been hovering round the roof ont inside of me garage. Eye be wukkin int there and had a look ter see why his buzzin changed pitch. Caught int spiders web. Gorroat ok but a big spider were on his way ter gerrim. Paused ter see if he gottid more stuck eye fink. Bee got oat then carried ont hoverin int same area so eye offered up a lenf of wood and the spider went to hide un the bee left the area. Edgar ses he be proud of da wood.

Next door neighbour was telling me this morning, on his way home from the big city last night about 9pm, the police chucked a stinger across his path and punctured all 4 run flat tyres. They were supposed to get the vehicle behind him, drug dealers being chased and armed police waiting at the stinger.

The police had to replace all 4 tyres. He was disappointed that they were already nearly new, and not worn out.
