We have marked the spot where the board will eventually be cut to put the skylight top-ring and pre-fab'd dome on.
The rubber stuff is fantastically resilient, I have done 5 roof's in it so far for family members & myself, really good to work with and the trim edges are really well made.
I use www.rubber4roofs.co.uk and I find them really good to work with as a company.

... Some more minor progress on the build.
All glazing units back in all frames.
Gable-end all paneled up with 12mm ply.
Much less drafty in there now. :)
Overdone it clearly as I took a tumble while being a little careless where I trod.
No lasting damage, but it is clearly time to pack it in for the day. :D
Oh, Dan, do be careful!
don't want you postin from inside the orspicle!:eek::eek:
:):):)

Done a few flat roofs with this stuff you can get all the edging etc. Just make sure you don’t cut it too short ;).

last one had a sky light to cut out. Walked on the rubber in socks so I would not damage it & my feet felt the hole In the roof and I backed off quick. If had boots on I think I would have gone through the garage.
Neva mind, you could have made an Ad from it!:D:D:D

Wonderin what the diff is between a Lycra bike and a push bike.
About 20 mph?;)
I like both types of my bikes. The have disk all round.
Road bike is for clearing the brain at constant 25mph
Mountain bike nice to see the country side, trouble is it’s up hills for most of the route so 4mph & up to 30mph down rutted tracks.

Anuvva day almost over...

Once the sun figured out what it was supposed to be doing it turned out to be another crackin' day... not as warm as yesterday but nice nonetheless.

Decided ter move edgar to his new pot this afternoon. Fink he was a bit overcome wiv emotion. Bit startled at first but he was ok wivvit. Left him wiv the new pot ferrabit so he could look at it on his own to get used to it. He approved so gottid me compost and tools.

Norras easy as yer might fink moving er crispmus tree. Prickerly fing he be and norras easy ter pick up as yer might fink when he's oat his pot anorl. Stud him int new pot ferrabit while he were still int his ole pot so he could get a feel ferrit. He liked the idea of being a bit taller.

His first pot came oft ok. But the second one was stuck. Had ter cut through it ter gerrit oft. Nor-easy. Tuff plastic but we eventually did it. He'd been pokin his roots through so we had ter pull them back oat. Some came oft but they were only little ones. He was ok wivvit after a few tears. He was sat int sandy soil so we ruffed that up a bit un freed some of his roots. He's ticculish anorl which dunt help.

Filled his new pot wiv soil. Took quite er lot. Measured the depth wivvim and he squashed it down so had to put more int. Then stud him innit again. At this point he said he felt dizzy. Kept leaning over so eye had ter steady him while purrin more soil round him. Pushed it down and tried ter purrim straight but he faintid. First time that's happened. Put some watta oat me watta butt int his new pot and he came round. Bit worrying at first but fink he will be ok.

His new pot is 3 or 4 times the volume of his ole one. He seems happy innit. Not said much since the move. Fink he might be wored oat wiv the eggscitment. Pic to follow.

And to use wiv yer new endoscope after eye get round to puttin up eggsamples of how ter use it.
I have yet to get it "unlocked" and don't know if that can happen under lockdown.
You can tell how I am looking forward to all this.
But yes, if i get it done and then decide to buy one of them enerscope fings I'll look forward to what you put up!;):)
