Our front door, fitted 2017 shrank in the cold and we could see daylight through the crack where the door handle side fits.

they're coming next week to fix it.
Crack doesn't show daylight now.

...the garden obelisk is coming along OK-ish.
It now has a pointy-head. When it stops drizzling I shall dress the top a bit and put a flat plate on top so I can make a weathervane-mount.

I have completed the boxing in of the soil pipe. Once I have tiled that bit and laid the new floor, I will declare that part of the proceedings finished

Took a lot longer than I had hoped, perhaps I shouldn't have taken so much time off. I would sack myself but then nothing would get done!
